The Year 8s recently visited Skegness to study characteristics of the coast.

During the visit the boys spent part of the day working in pairs and small groups on the beach and around the town, collecting information for project work to be completed in school.

During the trip, students visited the RNLI station to see Mr Scholefield, Head of Careers.  Students were tasked with considering the vast array of careers and industries that go into manufacturing, building, housing and running the boat to enable it to go to sea in order to save lives.
